Executive Team Alignment focuses on the speed of decision-making resulting in consistent views and behaviors with the vision, purpose and goals of the organization. The focus of the session is on a specific business goal or an overall leadership agenda.
The Team Alignment session is structured to:

- Build commitment to one another and the organization
